Overview

Introduction

The PoE HAT (F) is an 802.3af/at-compliant Power Over Ethernet(POE) expansion board for the Raspberry Pi 5. Suitable for use with a PoE router or switch that supports the IEEE 802.3af/at networking standard, the Raspberry PI can be networked and powered with only one network cable.

Features

  • Based on Raspberry Pi 40PIN GPIO interface, supports Raspberry Pi 5 (not suitable for PI4B and PI3B).
  • PoE (Power Over Ethernet) capability, IEEE 802.3af/at-compliant.
  • Fully isolated switched-mode power supply (SMPS).
  • Onboard high-speed active cooling fan, with metal heatsink, better heat dissipation.

Parameters

  • POE input voltage: 37V-57V DC input
  • POE - GPIO header: 5V 4.5A (MAX)
  • POE - 2P header: 12V 2A (MAX)
  • Network standard: Support IEEE 802.3af/at PoE
  • Dimensions: 56.5 × 70.0mm
