FAQ
Answer:
Don’t worry, it is normal.

Answer:
The motor control shield adopts AMS1117-ADJ as its adjustable regulator IC, of which the maximum output current is 800MA. For a common small-power motor, it may require an operating current of 300MA. So the motor control shield is unable to drive a quad-channel motor when powered by an adjustable voltage supply. If you want to do so, please select a 5V power supply.
