Install the Chassis
- First, please install the motor with M3*5.
- Install the coupling.
- Install the wheels with M4*8.
- Install the camera.
- Fix the camera with the insulation sheet and the aluminum sheet with PM2*8 and M2.
- Fix the camera to the aluminum base with M2.5*5.
- Use M3*8 and M3 nuts to fasten it to the car chassis.
- Use M3*5, M3*7*0.5 metal round spacers, and M3*6 to fix the universal wheel on the chassis. [Note: The number of spacers used here depends on whether the two driving wheels of the car can land normally, it is generally recommended to use 1~2 pieces.]
- Repeat the above steps on the other side.
- Install the antenna base.
- Pass the antenna through the metal hole, and then use the M3*5 screw to fix the M3*22.
- Install the motor wire and pass it through the metal square hole.
Install Jetson Nano
- First, turn the power switch of the expansion board to OFF, and align the Jetson Nano pin header with the pogo pin of the expansion board.
- Use M2.5*30+6 to fix the Jetson Nano board, and check whether the pin is in good contact.
- Check the positive and negative poles of the battery and then install.
Note: Please install the Jetson Nano before installing the battery. When removing, please remove the battery first and then remove the Jetson Nano to avoid a short circuit of the board.
- Install the motor wire.
- Use M3*8 screws to fix the expansion board, then remove the Jetson Nano board, install the TF card, the network card and then connect the antenna connector.
- Install the jetson nano board, use self-tapping screws KA3*14 to fix the fan, please pay attention to the installation direction; then connect the fan data cable.
Install the Radar
- Install the data cable for the radar, and then use the M2.5*5 to fix the acrylic board and the radar.
- Connect the radar data cable, and use the M2.5*5 screws to fix the radar module to the board.
- Install the glue stick antenna, install the USB connector, and install the camera data cable.
- Finish!
