Introduction
2.4G/5GHz dual-band WiFi 5th generation wireless module, RTL8822CE-CG core, Bluetooth 5.0 support Bluetooth Low Energy, high speed and low latency, compatible with IEEE 802.11ac/m MIMO OFDM wireless technology, two transmission paths and two reception paths
Features
- Supports 2.4G/5GHz dual-band, the frequency up to 300Mbps in the 2.4GHz band and 867Mbps in the 5GHz band
- Supports Bluetooth 5.0 standard, compatible with Bluetooth 2.1+EDR
- Adopts NGFF (M.2 A/E Key) interface
- Compatible with IEEE 802.11ac/m MIMO OFDM wireless technology, two transmission paths and two reception paths
- Support Linux, Windows 10/11 and other operating systems
Precautions
- 1. Technical support is currently only available for Jetson series motherboards
- 2. Only Linux kernel version 5.10 or higher is supported
- 3. Only Windows 10/11 are supported, and other Windows versions are not supported
Usage Instructions
Raspberry Pi 5
git clone https://github.com/lwfinger/rtw88 cd rtw88 make sudo make install #Add dtoverlay=pcie-32bit-dma-pi5 to the end of the config.txt sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt #Save, exit, and reboot sudo reboot #Check WiFi ifconfig -a
Debug and use:
#Start the module (only use the test after installation, and it will start automatically after restarting) sudo modprobe rtw_8822ce #Check driver status dmesg | grep rtw lsmod | grep rtw sudo modinfo rtw_8822ce
