 Answer:

Set the IP of the module and the computer to the same network address with different node addresses:
For example, the module's IP is 10.10.100.254; the computer's IP is 10.10.100.253.

If you haven't changed the IP, the shipping IP is 10.10.100.254 by default;
If you forget it, you can search the device IP by entering the corresponding parameter (Port:48899 Keyword:www.waveshare.com) in Windows configuration upload tool as below:

 Answer:

If there is no hotspot after powering on, consider that it is caused by abnormal power supply and the module is not turned on; it needs to be powered by 3.3V voltage and 350mA or above current.

It can be turned off. You need to open the wan port and turn off the wifi function:
Please turn on the LAN function of the network port. If you turn on WLAN, you cannot use wifi:
