Overview

The MarsBoard RK3066 Pro is a flexible Designed development board powered by the popular Rockchip dual core SOC combining a power dual core ARM Cortex A9 CPU and Quad core Mali-400 MP GPU.

The MarsBoard RK3066 Pro consists of a base board and and a CPU module, comes with various interfaces like USB, HDMI, CSI, LCD, VGA, Arduino, LAN, UART, SPI, I2C, etc.

What's on the Base Board

1. ONE-WIRE interface : easily connects to ONE-WIRE devices (TO-92 package), such as temperature sensor (DS18B20), electronic registration number (DS2401), etc.
2. CPU module connector : for connecting CM-RK3066
3. CSI camera connector : for connecting CSI camera modules like OV2640 Camera Board
4. HDMI connector : for connecting HDMI devices like monitor
5. ICSP interface
6. LCD interface : for connecting 7inch capacitive touchscreen LCD
7. VGA connector : for connecting VGA devices through a VGA cable
8. Arduino interface : for connecting Arduino shields like Motor Driver Shield
9. Micro SD card slot
10. 3.5mm LINE IN jack : audio input
11. 3.5mm Heardphone jack
12. DEBUG interface : for debugging the CPU kernel via serial port, and/or messages input/output
13. OTG interface : can be used to burn Image into the CPU module CM-RK3066
14. I2C interface : for connecting I2C modules like PCF8563 RTC Board, MAG3110 Board, etc.
15. CPU module expansion header
16. UART interface : for connecting UART modules like RS485 Board (3.3V), GPS Module, etc.
17. Battery holder : for the CPU module RTC
18. UART (with flow control) interface : for connecting UART (with flow control) modules like FT232 USB UART Board, etc.
19. SPI interface : for connecting SPI modules like AT45DBXX Dataflash Board, etc.
20. IR interface : for soldring IR receiver like HS0038B
21. Power supply : provides power to the CPU module
22. Power input/output: usually used as power output, also common-grounding with other user board
23. USB connector : for connecting USB devices like USB Mouse/Keyboard, USB Camera, USB Wifi, etc.
24. LAN connector : for connecting to the Ethernet

38. Arduino Port selection jumper
    • controlling the Arduino IO connection while connecting an Arduino host board
